Scarlett Johansson - American Actress and singer (born in the city of New York on 22 November 1984) The versatility of her work as an actor has garnered many accolades in everything from the dramas of the past, to thrillers and adventures. Johansson was born in New York City, and lived there with her father, an architect, and mother who produced. Hunter, her twin brother and She were both the youngest out of four kids. As a young girl of just 7 year old, she began making auditions for TV commercials. The passion for acting developed quickly, and she was shortly thereafter at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. In the age of eight, she starred together with Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry and, at the age of nine she made her first film appearance in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson played the lead role on screen in Just Cause (1995), before making her big break by starring in Manny & Lo - a tale about two sisters who are orphans who are able to escape. The Horse Whisperer (1998), in which Johansson plays the role of a teenager with a disfigurement, was hailed by critics. Then she was hailed as cynical teenager Rebecca In Ghost World. In addition to appearing on the show, she's also an experienced stage actress. She has given many of the most stunning performances, including in Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith entered the arena of entertainment at the age at a very early age. She was drawn to performing as a child. Smith found her first role as an actor when she was six years old thanks to her parents. Smith created a commercial for Dannon. Like many young actresses she began her professional career in the theatre. In addition to other projects in the USA she also made her debut on stage in Wildflower. She studied at the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
